Core Responsibilities of the IT Support & AI Tech Specialist
IT Operations

Set up, maintain, and support employee devices (Windows, macOS, mobile).

Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.

Handle onboarding/offboarding: device provisioning, user setup, access rights.

Maintain security protocols (MFA, patching, endpoint protection) under ISO27001 & SOC 2.

Contribute to compliance audits and certifications.

Help evaluate and optimize IT tools and services to streamline firm operations.
AI Platform & Executive Support

Provide technical support for Ava, our AI platform, to both internal and external users.

Represent IT in client interactions with professionalism and discretion.

Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders on rollouts and tech strategy.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and guide users on AI usage and best practices.
Global Impact as an IT Support & AI Tech Specialist

Ideal Profile for an IT Support & AI Tech Specialist
Essential Skills:

Proven experience with Windows/macOS support and Microsoft 365 admin.

Understanding of device management tools (Intune) and endpoint security.

Great communication and people skills, especially with execs and clients.

Problem-solver with hands-on initiative and network fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, remote access).
Desirable:

Familiarity with legal, financial, or private equity industries.

Experience with AI tools, compliance frameworks, and IT automation (PowerShell/Bash).

Exposure to platforms like Slack, HubSpot, etc.
