An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a leading international airline on a 3-month initial contract. This role is ideal for an IT Support Engineer passionate about Windows 11 deployment and end-user support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions across multiple UK office locations—with all travel expenses fully covered.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll work directly with users to support their transition to Windows 11 while traveling to various office sites. You will provide technical assistance and basic training to ensure users are equipped with the tools they need post-deployment.

Main Duties:

  • Rebuild and configure laptops with Windows 11 installations via USB.

  • Set up user logins and configure essential system settings.

  • Install required applications and productivity tools.

  • Deliver basic user training and provide technical guidance on new systems.

  • Ensure all devices are operating securely and efficiently.

  • Provide remote or onsite troubleshooting as needed.

IT Support Engineer Travel Requirements

You must be comfortable with travel to different UK office locations, including:

  • Newcastle

  • Liverpool

  • Gatwick

  • Waterside (main office)

All travel-related expenses will be covered by the employer.
