What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an ambassador for IT, providing a world-class support experience to our team members.

  • Promote and enhance the use of our productivity, communication, and collaboration tools by offering guidance, training, and best practices.

  • Manage onboarding for new hires, including provisioning equipment, zero-touch laptop configuration, account setup, and system orientation.

  • Own and manage our IT support queue, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems for employees.

  • Analyze and diagnose hardware, software, and system issues to implement effective solutions.

  • Proactively identify areas for operational and system improvements, contributing to the ongoing growth and stability of our IT infrastructure.

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our Mac fleet using Kandji.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.

  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Hands-on experience supporting MacOS, iOS, and familiarity with tools such as JAMF, Kandji, and/or Mosyle.

  • Proficiency with key SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion.

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a culture that values trust, autonomy, and direct, constructive feedback.

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a commitment to owning issues from start to finish.

  • Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta or similar solutions.

  • Basic understanding of network protocols and services (TCP, UDP, DNS, TCP/IP).
