About the Role
We are expanding and looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our friendly, growing team in Staplehurst. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with experience in Active Directory, Office 365, and helpdesk support. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across multiple UK sites, providing hands-on support and implementing new technologies. Regular travel is required, so candidates must have a full driving license and own a car.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support Technician – Helpdesk & Onsite Support

Serve as the first-line support for IT requests across 150-200 devices at multiple locations.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution via the helpdesk.

Travel to different UK sites to implement new technologies and resolve IT problems.

Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and relocation of IT equipment.

Maintain and update the IT asset management list to track devices and software.

Perform routine system maintenance on PCs, servers, and network infrastructure.

Work on IT projects assigned by the IT Manager to enhance systems and efficiency.

Manage user accounts and access permissions using Active Directory and Office 365.
