 Your Role as an IT Support Technician

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, or in-person

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently

  • Install and configure computers, printers, and other peripherals

  • Conduct routine system updates and maintenance to ensure uptime and performance
