Earning £190 per day inside IR35, this role is ideal for a skilled IT Support Technician who can provide fast, effective technical assistance on computer systems and internal applications. Key Responsibilities of an IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician, your core duties will include:

Offering technical support to internal users on computer systems, software, and mobile devices

Assisting with setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, peripherals, and remote access systems

Skills and Experience Required for an IT Support Technician

Relevant IT support qualifications (MCSA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent experience)

Proven experience supporting Windows PCs and iPhones

Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Dell hardware, TEL internal BU software, and remote access tools

Familiarity with tools like iVanti LANDesk, MECM, Malwarebytes, Redstor backup, and Windows Defender is a plus
