 IT Technical Bid Support Assistant Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Review client IT and Information Security requirements, using standard response templates

  • Highlight risks and exceptions within bid documentation

  • Maintain IT and Information Security response libraries

  • Support Information Security and IT teams with documentation and bid responses

  • Stay adaptable to the evolving IT environment and business needs

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and document review skills

  • Analytical mindset with excellent written communication

  • Ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Good interpersonal skills, with clear, non-technical communication abilities

  • Previous experience reviewing RFIs, contracts, questionnaires, and policies is preferred
