We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves supporting users, maintaining IT hardware and systems, and ensuring a seamless technology experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

  • Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Monitor and support LAN connectivity and performance.

  • Accurately document support tickets, issues, and resolutions.

  • Assist in onboarding new users with IT setup and system access.

  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to optimize workflows and support efficiency.

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.

  • Provide clear and friendly communication to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.

  • Proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

  • Knowledge of computer networking principles and connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.

  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.

Desirable:

  • Experience with help desk or ticketing systems.

  • IT qualifications or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified).

  • Exposure to office and enterprise IT environments.
