This is a contract position where you’ll be employed by Magnit and assigned to GuideWell and its subsidiaries. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, build innovative solutions, and support critical healthcare technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Develop, program, and code IT solutions in alignment with business requirements.

Document detailed system specifications and participate in unit testing.

Maintain and enhance existing applications and troubleshoot performance issues.

Conduct evaluations and performance testing for purchased and internal systems.

Implement IT controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

Lead technical efforts, mentor other developers, and provide expert-level support.
Core Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, and PHP.

Strong experience with frameworks like React.js, Node.js, and Express.

Hands-on experience developing SOAP and REST web services.

Proficiency in using version control tools (GIT, SVN, Mercurial, etc.).

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.

Strong debugging skills using tools like Advanced Debugger, AQtime, and ARM.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
