We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations—managing communications, organizing documentation, supporting sales functions, and handling social media content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records

  • File and manage physical and digital documents

  • Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging social content

  • Assign new leads to the appropriate sales reps and monitor follow-ups

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools

  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Prior experience in office administration or support roles is preferred

  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Omaha, NE 68134
