Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records

Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Create, schedule, and post engaging social content

Assign new leads to the appropriate sales reps and monitor follow-ups

Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools

Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
