Overview
We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Joiner to become a key member of our construction team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and have solid experience in woodworking and joinery, we want to hear from you. This role involves hands-on work across a variety of building projects including framing, roofing, cabinetry, and finishing work—all while ensuring top-quality standards and site safety.
Key Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, fittings, and frameworks such as walls, doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, and roof frames.

Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and design specifications.

Use a wide range of power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately.

Carry out finishing work including painting and basic masonry tasks when needed.

Ensure all structures are plumb, level, square, and securely fitted.

Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health & safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry (minimum 3+ years preferred).

Competence with all major joinery tools, both manual and electric.

Comfortable with heavy lifting and working at height (e.g., on roof structures).

Basic knowledge of masonry and painting is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Valid UK driving license preferred for mobile projects.
