Summary
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support both internal growth/new business efforts and client projects, creating meaningful work across a variety of causes. While presentation deck design will be your primary focus, you’ll also design social media content, ads, emails, landing pages, websites, brand identities, and more.
Responsibilities

Create, redesign, and edit digital assets across multiple platforms, with a focus on presentation decks.

Design social media content, banner ads, emails, landing pages, websites, brand identities, infographics, and icons.

Collaborate with internal growth, marketing, creative, and account teams to meet objectives and deadlines.

Support tasks such as typesetting, image sourcing, resizing assets, and digital production.
Qualifications

Degree/certificate in new media, graphic design, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience (including internships) in a fast-paced agency.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma; basic UX/prototyping knowledge.

Strong typography, layout, and digital design standards knowledge.
