Position Summary

Credico is a global leader specializing in brokering direct sales services, marketing, and digital acquisition. With operations in the US, Canada, UK and South Africa, our clients include both Fortune 500 and mid-market companies, as well as many of the world’s largest non-profit organizations.

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Manage to support our Chicago office. This role involves providing full-service support to our client services team in project management and account management campaigns, requiring 3 days in-office weekly and the remaining days remote. The weekly work hour schedule is below:

Wednesday 1pm CST – 9pm CST

Thursday 2pm CST – 9pm CST

Friday 2pm CST – 9pm CST

Saturday 11am CST – 9pm CST

Sunday 12pm CST – 8pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business trips for campaigns Credico performs for Verizon Wireless.
  • Compile and manage business trip data.
  • Executing code moves for business trips.
  • Communicate with Credico, ISOs, and Credico clients timely and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing account support to existing clients and client services team.
  • Assist to manage the backend operations of multiple campaigns at any given time.
  • Effectively support prompt and accurate communications as a liaison between internal and external teams via email, telephone, and/or meetings to communicate project status, resolve problems, answer questions, manage correspondence, and reports.
  • Proactive management of day to day activities and long term projects.
  • Escalate issues to management, and partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve issues.
  • Think critically and strategically on all program aspects to prevent issues and optimize the campaign and client experience.
  • Effectively plan and execute assignments.
  • Provide timely and accurate information or feedback to all requests, questions or concerns from sales offices, clients or internal departments or team members.
  • Other duties as assigned or are necessary that support the overall business needs.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Independent problem solving
  • Ability to effectively alter communication and style to different levels of employees, management, and clients
  • Ability to work with internal and external teams in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment; adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound / outbound calls to assist with inquiries and issues
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
