What is the opportunity?

This is a rare opportunity to kick-start your career in a global growth company. You’ll be joining our new and growing Canadian team, working across inbound opportunities with one mission in mind: help tenants find the perfect office space. You’ll be mega busy but you will learn and laugh everyday!

After complete training, you will be set to succeed doing the following:

  • Assist with enquiries from people that are looking for office space across Canada and beyond
  • Book tours for clients to inspect suitable office options
  • Champion our CRM and qualify leads, update information and leave feedback
  • Manage your own pipeline chasing feedback, updates and deals
  • Oversee negotiations and think on your feet to overcome objections
  • Help with the onboarding of new workspace partners making sure that listing with us is a smooth experience
  • Deliver 5-star customer service every time – we want to hear your smile over the phone
