About the Role
Are you looking to grow your finance career with a fast-moving and supportive company? We’re hiring a Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in bridging finance. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience or a finance/accounting graduate with some hands-on commercial exposure. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, receive in-depth training, and gain valuable experience in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

Process invoices, payments, and perform bank reconciliations

Support the preparation of management accounts and reports

Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures

Ensure all financial transactions align with internal protocols

Monitor budgets and assist in tracking expenses

Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounts experience
OR a graduate with AAT or a finance/accounting-related qualification and some commercial experience -
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks (preferred)

Good Excel skills

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a finance team
