Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computers, hardware, software, and associated networks.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair PCs, servers, modems, cabling, and peripheral equipment.

Support personal computer hardware/software installation and connectivity to data networks.

Maintain network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs.

Instruct users on system usage and provide recommendations for hardware/software purchases.

Answer user questions and resolve computer issues remotely or in person.

Maintain records of data communication transactions, issues, and solutions.

Develop training materials and train staff on hardware/software use.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
-
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Experience with PC/network support, installations, and repairs.
