Junior Data Analyst

• 1–2+ years of analytical experience: This may include full-time roles, internships, or academic research that involved data analysis or pricing-related work.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field: Such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline that builds a strong foundation in numbers and business strategy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Demonstrated ability to work with pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP functions to analyze, organize, and present large datasets effectively.

• Strong communication skills: Must be able to clearly articulate findings and recommendations in both written reports and verbal presentations to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience in Pricing and/or Costing: Hands-on experience with pricing models, rate analysis, or cost optimization in a business or logistics context is a significant plus.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Portuguese: Highly desirable for supporting international teams or clients across Latin American markets.

• Macro development in Excel: Ability to create or edit Excel macros to automate data processing tasks and improve efficiency.

• Workflow tools experience: Familiarity with workflow management software or systems that streamline pricing requests and approvals.

• Industry experience in logistics or a related sector: Exposure to transportation, supply chain, freight, or logistics operations is advantageous for understanding pricing structures and customer needs.
