A 6-month internship contract with a competitive salary of $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you may work on:

Machine Learning Algorithms: Implement and test ML models, contributing to our AI-powered job-matching system, Joinrs AI.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Build predictive models and derive insights for smarter business decisions.
Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports for key stakeholders.
Business Process Optimization: Apply data-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
Innovation Brainstorming: Collaborate on new AI-driven ideas and applications.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with training on the latest AI and Data Science trends.

Contract & Compensation

6-month internship contract with a salary of $90,000/year (prorated by start date)
Salary reviews every 6 months, with rapid growth potential based on performance
Goal: transition into a permanent role after internship

Selection Process

15-minute phone interview with HR
Final video interview (45+ minutes) with HR and your future supervisor
