Position Summary

U.S. Renal Care has developed a proprietary EMR and Revenue Cycle Management system composed of various integrated modules that interface with both internal and external stakeholders. We are currently seeking a Junior Front-End Developer to support the development and enhancement of these applications, with a strong focus on React JS.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain modules that contribute to operational efficiency and patient care. You will play a key role in designing and implementing intuitive, high-performing front-end interfaces as well as supporting back-end integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate application use cases and user stories into functional components.

  • Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable code using React JS, .NET, C#, and VC++.

  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

  • Develop tools that enhance clinician productivity and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

  • Enhance analytical tools supporting revenue cycle optimization.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our iOS and Android apps, adding features that support better patient care.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform design and development decisions.

  • Participate in data modeling to ensure system capabilities meet operational and business needs.

  • Support a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence.

  • Adhere to internal policies and promote a strong team-based work environment.

  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with React JS and working with APIs.

  • Solid understanding of the .NET framework and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Exposure to WPF, MVC, or Angular is a plus.

  • Experience with JWT token authentication and general web security practices.

  • Familiarity with software architectural patterns such as Agile and Waterfall.

  • Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to clean, readable, and maintainable code.

  • Experience with database schema design and business process support.

  • Ability to implement unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

  • Proficiency with version control tools like CVS, VSS, or TFS.

  • Experience building Jenkins pipelines is preferred.

  • Knowledge of EMR systems and medical claims processes is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
