Kickstart Your IT Career as a Junior IT Support Analyst
Are you eager to start your IT career? As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you’ll provide technical support to restaurant teams and support office users, resolving IT issues related to tills, computers, printers, applications, and networks. You’ll log and escalate issues to third-party suppliers when necessary while ensuring seamless operations. This role is based in our Uxbridge office, offering a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Log and classify all incoming IT support requests accurately.
- Keep users informed on resolution times and troubleshooting steps.
- Set up and configure new or replacement hardware and software for restaurant teams and support office users.
- Escalate complex IT issues to third-party suppliers when needed.
Account & Network Management
- Administer network user accounts for system and application access.
- Ensure security and access controls are properly maintained.
Weekend Support & On-Site Assistance
- Provide weekend technical support on a rota basis.
- Travel across the UK as required to assist with IT support needs.
What You’ll Need

- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK when needed.
