The Role

We’re hiring Junior Operations Analysts to join our Transfers and Trading Operations Teams in Edinburgh. You’ll support the smooth running of core investment operations across various asset classes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on team placement (Transfers or Trading), you’ll:

Transfers Team:

  • Manage communications with transferring schemes

  • Maintain internal client/scheme records

  • Respond to transfer-related queries

  • Support other operations tasks

Trading Team:

  • Monitor and resolve trading exceptions

  • Maintain trade records in internal systems

  • Assist with reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

  • Handle trading-related queries
