Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations

Reconcile job cards

Log faults and safety documents
-
Process timesheets, delivery notes, and returns
Reporting & Metrics

Compile weekly/monthly business reports

Log engineer feedback and quality checks
-
Update environmental records (carbon tracker, waste docs)
Stock, Equipment & Safety

Assign and track kits, uniforms, PPE, and consumables
-
Manage surplus items and assist with audits

Maintain up-to-date compliance records
Cross-Team Support

Assist with supplier/contractor onboarding
-
Share updates on company social media
-
Support staff engagement schemes like Employee of the Month
Financial Admin

Help process payroll, pensions, and invoices
-
Track POs, holiday approvals, and inbox queries
-
Maintain tidy and accurate financial records
