About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will represent the world’s largest e-commerce marketplace, which has recently launched a dedicated platform tailored to support small to mid-sized business (SMB) accounts. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding the client’s footprint in the greater Los Angeles region by acquiring and managing new business accounts. Your efforts will contribute directly to driving customer growth and increasing market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with business owners and key decision-makers to introduce and position our client’s platform as a strategic solution for their operations.

Manage the full lifecycle of new business accounts—from initial contact and onboarding to ongoing support and retention.

Act as the primary point of communication between our client and their prospective business customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey and effective brand representation.

Deliver compelling, one-on-one sales presentations that clearly demonstrate value, leading to successful account acquisition and closure.

Maintain organized coverage of your assigned sales territory, optimizing daily activities for maximum productivity.

Develop strategies to ensure account satisfaction, renewal, and upselling opportunities to drive long-term business growth.

Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and activity metrics as defined by the role and leadership team.
Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

0–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing, sales, or client support capacity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport quickly.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
