Junior Software Engineer Training Program:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship

  • Strong desire to learn to code (no prior professional experience needed)

  • Natural problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Willingness to relocate nationwide – ask about our relocation assistance programs

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with limited guidance

  • Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot considering upstream and downstream systems

  • Utilize Software Development Life Cycle tools to improve automation and value realization

  • Analyze and draw conclusions from diverse data sets to identify issues and support decision-making

  • Develop reusable code and libraries to simplify future development

  • Ensure technical feasibility and excellence of innovative UI/UX designs

  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with product users, analysts, and engineers to analyze business requirements

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to specifications

  • Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving issues
