  • Assist with regression testing and identifying defects before release

  • Collaborate with developers in an agile environment to streamline releases

  • Help manage the testing backlog and improve process efficiency

  • Document bugs clearly with accurate problem reports and reproducible steps

  • Learn and eventually contribute to automated testing workflows

  • Take ownership of your learning and development in testing and programming

We welcome applicants from any background—if you’re eager to learn and have the right mindset, we want to hear from you.

  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how things work

  • Comfortable working in a team-based, agile setting

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical mindset

  • Clear, user-friendly communication and documentation skills

  • Willingness to learn automated testing and development best practices

  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent education

 What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 depending on experience

  • 31 days paid holiday, including bank holidays and Christmas break

  • Private healthcare, including optical, dental, and specialist treatment

  • Company pension and gym membership

  • Relaxed casual dress code and regular company events

  • Work in a meritocratic environment with real growth opportunities

  • Be surrounded by experienced mentors who want to see you thrive

 Location & Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role in Ulverston

  • You must be able to commute or relocate before starting

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
