Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily bank/cash reconciliations and report cash activity and balances to management.

Analyze cash inflows and outflows, ensuring liquidity needs are met for daily operations.

Coordinate with the Parent Company and Home Office on cash management and accounting tasks.

Prepare electronic funds transfers via wire or ACH.

File quarterly state income tax payments and ad-hoc payments as directed.

Support month-end close, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet/income statement reconciliations.

Analyze transactions and general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and complete financial records.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.

Assist with financial statement and 401K audits.

Participate in special projects and other ad-hoc accounting functions.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of accounting experience, with preference for cash accounting experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or advanced degree.

Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets. Experience with Oracle Financials and Workday is a plus.
