We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to support our growing projects. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Laborer, you will:

• Assist in construction and demolition tasks as directed.

• Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site cleanup.

• Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.

• Load and unload materials and equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and team members to complete projects on schedule.

• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience preferred (not required).

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment is a plus.

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (with occasional team lifting for heavier loads).

• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.

• Daily standing, walking, and repetitive tasks on uneven terrain.

• Must have good vision and hearing (with or without assistance) to safely perform tasks.

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).

• Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, vibrations, and heavy equipment.

• Regular work at heights, around moving machinery, and in active construction zones.

• PPE required, including hearing and eye protection.

• May require overtime and working more than 40 hours per week depending on project needs.
