Responsibilities
Customer Service / Sales

Engage customers with product knowledge, samples, and enthusiasm

Participate in total store events and build community connection

Provide answers to product-related questions and assist with locating merchandise

Execute events: prepare samples, display signage and coupons, follow closing procedures

Understand daily sales reports and success metrics
Food Safety / Sanitation
-
Comply with H-E-B, state, and federal food safety standards
-
Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Follow all department standard operating procedures

Attend required food safety training
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Experience in sales or customer service

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

Prior experience in product demonstration

Knowledge of food preparation or product sampling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements

Constant standing, reaching at waist, grasping

Occasional bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, stair climbing

Occasional exposure to cold/hot temperatures, loud noise, and wet conditions

Ability to lift 35 lbs and manage more than 25 lbs safely
