Behavioral Health Solutions, a growing team of dedicated mental health professionals serving adults and geriatrics in skilled nursing facilities and via telehealth, seeks a highly skilled and collaborative Human Resources Manager. As a key member of our expanding multi-state organization, you’ll shape our people strategy within a healthcare-focused environment. This role involves leading and enhancing all HR functions to align with our organizational goals and healthcare regulations. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, developing and managing HR policies, nurturing employee relations, and driving organizational development initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the behavioral health sector.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission and growth across multiple states.
  • Talent Champion: Lead onboarding, retention, and succession planning, emphasizing employee engagement, clinical excellence, and minimizing turnover.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism to cultivate a positive workplace.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission) and multi-state labor laws.
  • Performance Catalyst: Oversee the performance review process, coach leaders on effective feedback, and implement tools to boost productivity and engagement.
  • Policy Architect: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Development Driver: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance leadership skills, professional growth, and clinical expertise.
  • Data Analyst: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess organizational health, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Culture Cultivator: Champion initiatives that promote a thriving and inclusive workplace.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic, multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Paycom a plus) and other HR tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and integrity.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification (preferred).
