Position Summary
Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate HR operations in alignment with our organizational objectives and healthcare industry standards. This pivotal role will shape a positive, performance-driven culture, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and organizational development initiatives tailored to the unique demands of behavioral health services.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Design and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s mission and long-term objectives. Ensure scalable practices to meet the evolving needs of a multi-state behavioral health network.

Talent Management:
Oversee full-cycle talent operations, including onboarding, retention, and succession planning. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, support clinical performance, and reduce turnover.

Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, managing employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Promote a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, as well as applicable labor laws across multiple states.

Performance Management:
Lead the performance evaluation process and coach managers on delivering effective feedback. Implement systems and strategies to improve workforce productivity and engagement.

Policy & Procedure Development:
Create, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal standards, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.

Organizational Development:
Partner with leadership to assess workforce development needs. Design and implement training programs that support leadership development, career growth, and clinical excellence.

HR Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and interpret key HR metrics to inform leadership decisions. Identify workforce trends and recommend actions to strengthen organizational health.

Culture & Inclusion:
Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Support initiatives that create a welcoming and engaging work environment for all team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, including at least 3 years within healthcare or a related industry.

  • Strong command of HR principles, employment law, and healthcare-specific regulations.

  • Proven success developing and implementing strategic HR programs in a multi-state setting.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Paycom is highly desirable.

  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
