Job Overview
M&A Med Advisors is seeking a highly organized and personable Lead Specialist to support our M&A advisory team. You’ll engage with warm healthcare business leads who have shown interest in selling their practices. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales who value flexibility and performance-based work.
Key Duties

Call 10–15 warm leads per week

Confirm their interest in exploring the sale of their healthcare business

Schedule discovery calls with the senior advisor

Update call outcomes and notes in the approved tracking format

Send follow-up emails and calendar invites as needed

Submit weekly activity summaries and lead results
Required Skills

Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other standard office tools

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

Previous experience in healthcare, M&A, real estate, or business services is a plus

Availability for 3–5 hours per week during normal business hours (EST)
