As a Restaurant Manager in demand generation, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and converting high-quality leads into our sales pipeline. You’ll own the entire lead generation process—from awareness to marketing qualified leads—using multi-channel campaigns, lead magnets, and marketing automation strategies. Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager of Lead Generation

As a Restaurant Manager of lead generation, you will:

  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and content syndication platforms.

  • Develop compelling gated content such as webinars, whitepapers, demos, and assessment tools.

  • Build and manage sophisticated lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure high lead quality and smooth MQL handoff.


Lead Qualification & Conversion Strategy

The Restaurant Manager Driving Funnel Success

  • Refine lead scoring models using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data.

  • Conduct A/B testing and systematic conversion rate optimization.

  • Monitor key metrics like cost-per-lead, lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Implement insights to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and overall ROI.


Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • 5-7 years of B2B lead or demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or complex B2B sales.

  • Proven record of meeting lead generation and cost-per-lead goals.

  • Advanced skills with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.

  • Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Leadpages), HTML/CSS basics, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong project management, campaign coordination, and data analysis capabilities.


Technical & Marketing Skills

The Restaurant Manager of Digital Tools

  • Marketing automation certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to create actionable reports, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns.
