Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager of Lead Generation
As a Restaurant Manager of lead generation, you will:

Design and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and content syndication platforms.

Develop compelling gated content such as webinars, whitepapers, demos, and assessment tools.

Build and manage sophisticated lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce.

Execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Analyze campaign performance, optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure high lead quality and smooth MQL handoff.
Lead Qualification & Conversion Strategy
The Restaurant Manager Driving Funnel Success

Refine lead scoring models using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data.

Conduct A/B testing and systematic conversion rate optimization.

Monitor key metrics like cost-per-lead, lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements for Success

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
