Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer (Enterprise Networking) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for advanced networking and enterprise security solutions. You’ll guide solution architecture, manage deployments, and provide technical leadership on complex customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead solutions architect for enterprise networking projects.

Design and implement advanced networking and high-level security solutions across diverse environments.

Research and evaluate next-generation data center solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Oversee solution development, deployment, and best practices compliance.

Lead and manage small-to-large scale networking initiatives.

Act as technical escalation point of contact for critical customer issues.

Contribute to RFQs, RFPs, BOMs, and both high-level and low-level design documentation.

Present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years’ experience in IT/Network/Cloud design and deployment.

Proven expertise architecting and deploying enterprise LAN/WAN environments.

Strong knowledge of multi-vendor solutions and advanced integrations.

Advanced networking certifications (CCIE, JCNIE, Arista L5 preferred).

Hands-on experience with enterprise network configuration and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for small and large audiences.

Proficiency with MS Office for technical diagrams, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Travel Requirements

50% local travel (DC Metro area including Baltimore).

10% non-local travel as required.
