About the Role

Bïrch is hiring a creative Copywriter to own and transform our product and brand voice. You’ll lead external messaging (ads, campaigns, social), craft sharp product copy (UI, onboarding, alerts), and shape how we talk about ourselves across all touchpoints.

This isn’t a polishing job — you’ll rethink how our product should sound. You’ll translate complex features into simple, engaging language, create storytelling flows for launches and campaigns, and write copy that makes people feel something, not just skim past.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead external messaging: ads, social posts, brand storytelling, campaigns.

  • Write clear, engaging copy for product UI, onboarding, alerts, landing pages, and launches.

  • Craft in-product communication: tooltips, notifications, onboarding flows.

  • Partner with design and growth teams to align visuals and copy.

  • Refresh website positioning and shape ongoing product storytelling (social, newsletters, Substack, Reddit, LinkedIn/Twitter).

  • Set a distinct, consistent voice across all product and marketing communications.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native or near-native English fluency.

  • Strong portfolio of creative, personality-driven copy (beyond generic SaaS slogans).

  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear, relatable language.

  • Strong cultural awareness — inspiration from music, literature, memes, global trends.

  • Independent thinker who can guide direction, not just follow it.

  • Storytelling skills that resonate emotionally with audiences.
