Lead Product Copywriter

Job Category: Sales and Marketing
Job Location: United Kingdom
Company Name: bïrch (ex Revealbot)

About the Job

We’re Bïrch, a performance-driven marketing platform trusted by 800+ companies and 5,500+ marketers worldwide. Backed by Meta and Google, and recently rebranded from Revealbot, we’re scaling fast with exciting launches ahead — including Ads Explorer, Studio, and global events.

Our product copy needs a leader. Right now, it’s inconsistent — sometimes missing the spark, sometimes losing the value we’ve worked hard to build. With big launches on the horizon, we need a wordsmith to define how we communicate our value and bring our brand voice to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead external messaging: ads, social posts, brand storytelling, campaign copy, product launches.

  • Write sharp, engaging copy for product UI, emails, landing pages, Product Hunt launches.

  • Craft in-product communication: tooltips, alerts, onboarding flows.

  • Refresh website positioning and build consistent communication flows across channels.

  • Develop story-driven content: social posts, Substack drops, Reddit threads, newsletters.

  • Collaborate with design to bring words and visuals together.

Requirements

  • Excellent English (native or near-native).

  • Strong portfolio with personality — not generic B2B SaaS language.

  • Skilled storyteller who can turn complex technical features into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Strong cultural awareness: you draw inspiration from literature, music, memes, and global trends.

  • Independent leader who can guide creative direction without constant supervision.

What We Look For in Copy

  • Smart, clear, human — never robotic.

  • Confident without being flashy, playful without being boring.

  • Copy that feels natural, makes people think, and leaves an impression.

Think Typeform’s playful clarity, Framer’s simplicity, Raycast’s sharpness — copy that resonates.

Benefits

  • 38 days of paid time off annually.

  • Full health insurance via Alan or SafetyWing.

  • $2000 annual holiday travel bonus for you and a companion.

  • $2000 annual learning and development budget.

  • $2000 annual team meet-up bonus.

  • Relocation support to Barcelona.

  • Laptop budget (MacBook or other gear).

  • Remote-first with regular off-sites and meetups.

  • Co-working budget if you prefer an office environment.

Challenges to Expect

  • Highly technical, niche product with complex features.

  • Independent decision-making — no structured management or frequent feedback.

  • Some work will be less exciting and more focused on simplifying technical details.

If you’re ready to own the voice of a fast-scaling product and guide our brand communication, we’d love to hear from you.
