Lead Product Manager – Customer Engagement & Education | Acorns

Acorns is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive customer engagement, education, and retention across our app. This role focuses on enhancing user experience and maximizing the value of our investment and banking products, money management tools, educational resources, and rewards programs. You’ll own the end-to-end subscriber journey, ensuring every customer benefits fully from Acorns’ offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align vision, execution, and progress.

  • Develop strategies to educate and guide customers toward smart financial decisions.

  • Enhance retention through a cohesive educational journey across all Acorns products.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to shape product vision, define success metrics, and drive innovation.

  • Manage sprint planning, product roadmaps, and execution to meet key objectives.

  • Ensure smooth collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, and operations.

What You’ll Bring
