About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Program Manager, Marketing to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that fuel brand growth and revenue impact. This role requires operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects—spanning product launches, brand campaigns, video production, and large-scale events—on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
You will partner with marketing leadership, finance, and multiple teams to streamline workflows, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution of high-priority programs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project management frameworks for marketing initiatives from concept to completion.

Define priorities, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing leadership.

Oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting for marketing programs in partnership with Finance.

Lead marketing operations, including vendor management, process optimization, and operational best practices.

Manage end-to-end video production for marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality, on-brand storytelling.

Partner with the Head of Events to coordinate large-scale event execution.

Maintain project management tools, documentation, and workflows for efficient execution.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and eliminate process bottlenecks.
Qualifications

6–8+ years in marketing operations or program/project management, ideally in SaaS.

Proven track record managing large, cross-functional projects.

Strong expertise in timelines, budget management, and resource allocation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in video production, product marketing, and brand campaigns preferred.

Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
