Lead Sign Installer
Position Overview
We are looking for a Lead Sign Installer to supervise sign installation projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have sign installation experience, a valid CDL license, and knowledge of crane operation and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sign installation projects from start to finish

Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are met

Install signs using a variety of techniques and equipment

Operate company vehicles and crane equipment on job sites

Supervise a team of sign installers and assign tasks effectively

Maintain and repair signs, including electrical and HVAC components
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in sign installation

Valid CDL license

Experience with crane operation

Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems

Proven ability to lead and manage a team

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
