About the Role
Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support global learning initiatives through administration, project coordination, and marketing execution. This role plays a key part in enabling workforce development and cross-functional alignment across the company’s global network.
You’ll work with a dynamic global team dedicated to empowering individuals, promoting learning, and driving growth within the organization.
Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement learning solutions aligned with business goals

Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost engagement in learning programs

Collect, analyze, and report learning metrics for continuous improvement

Manage LMS (Learning Management System) administration and data accuracy

Maintain and enhance the Learning & Development SharePoint site

Lead multiple projects independently while balancing priorities and deadlines
-
Collaborate with global stakeholders to foster a positive learning culture

Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Training or facilitation experience
-
2+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
-
Background in manufacturing or regulated industries

Experience in marketing, training delivery, video editing, or instructional design

Bilingual proficiency (Polish, Finnish, or Spanish)

Experience with AI-powered learning tools
