Key Responsibilities for a Learning & Development Trainer

Research, design, and deliver bespoke training programs aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate inductions, project rollouts, management development, and professional skills training.

Develop engaging, learner-focused interventions for a variety of learning styles.

Maintain and update training materials to ensure compliance and operational relevance.

Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing deliverables while meeting deadlines.

Record and analyze Management Information (MI) for training effectiveness and ROI.

Support blended learning solutions, including digital learning content creation.
What We Look for in a Learning & Development Trainer
We’re seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Trainer who possesses:

A Train the Trainer or Level 3 Education & Training certificate.

Experience delivering impactful training sessions (minimum one year).

Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design, and blended learning models.

Strong communication, organisation, and project management abilities.

Experience training within healthcare, supported living, or social care environments.

Proficiency in MS Office and capability to work independently.

Desirable: CIPD qualification, coaching certification, or experience in eLearning development.
