Position Summary

We are seeking a Leave and Accommodations Specialist to support the administration and improvement of our Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodation Program. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, enhances the employee experience, and maintains accurate records through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and guidance on escalated leave and accommodation cases.

  • Partner with vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Translate employee needs into actionable policies and procedures.

  • Audit leave records for accuracy and resolve payroll-related inquiries with payroll teams.

  • Monitor PTO, PPL, and leave balances in timekeeping systems through regular audits.

  • Manage day-to-day vendor activities, including data governance and quality assurance.

  • Deliver responsive and supportive customer service to employees navigating leave and accommodations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in leave administration, accommodations, or related HR functions.

  • Proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
