Key Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all leisure club public areas, including studios, changing rooms, gym floor, and poolside

Maintain hygiene standards to support health and safety compliance

Proactively identify and resolve cleanliness issues before they arise

Respond quickly and effectively to any poolside alarms or safety concerns
-
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, contributing to a warm and positive atmosphere

Work closely with the wider leisure and hotel team to deliver an exceptional member experience

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Health & Safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices

Willingness to undergo a DBS check (required for this role)
