The Role
We are currently recruiting a Learning Centre Assistant to join our dedicated support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic and student-focused to make a difference within a vibrant academic environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining a well-ordered, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports the needs of our diverse learner population.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors

Assisting and engaging with learners to maintain a positive and supportive learning space

Responding efficiently and professionally to user enquiries

Ensuring the Learning Centre is clean, accessible, organised, and suitable for a range of learning styles

Supporting the daily operations and administration of the Learning Centre
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
