Looking for a detail-oriented License & Credentialing Coordinator to join Thyme Care and help streamline provider licensing and credentialing processes. The ideal License & Credentialing Coordinator will ensure that providers’ credentials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with state and federal regulations. You’ll support internal teams and external partners while helping us deliver a seamless, patient-centered cancer care experience. This remote or hybrid role allows you to make a meaningful impact on healthcare navigation and provider compliance.
License & Credentialing Coordinator Responsibilities
As a License & Credentialing Coordinator, you will assist in executing the full credentialing and licensing process. This includes initial license processing, deficiency tracking, renewals, certification maintenance, and primary source verification. You will maintain provider files, update application statuses, respond to internal and external inquiries, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
Supporting Provider Operations as a License & Credentialing Coordinator
You will work closely with clinical teams, internal departments, and external partners to ensure required documentation is collected and processed within appropriate timeframes. You will track progress, address questions professionally, and maintain transparency in all communications to streamline credentialing and licensing processes.
Skills and Experience Required for License & Credentialing Coordinator

Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or accreditation services

Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to provider credentialing

Experience working in a startup or technology-driven company is a plus

Proficiency with technology, including Google Suite, Slack, video platforms, and electronic health records
