Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Compensation Range: $23.16 – $28.96/hour (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Entry-level (under 1 year); cosmetic surgery experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

This role supports the full patient journey — from pre-op through post-op — and includes work in the operating room:

Assist during procedures and support the physician as needed
Prepare the OR and surgical instruments
Handle pre-op/post-op tasks and follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate clinical records and patient charts
Educate patients and caregivers on procedures, aftercare, and medications
Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of the OR
Assist RNs with opening/closing responsibilities
Manage and replenish medical supplies

What You’ll Need:

Active and valid LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Strong clinical judgment (especially wound care, signs of infection, and healing assessment)
Ability to communicate clearly, follow written/oral instructions, and chart effectively
Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs

Education & Experience:

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Less than 1 year of professional experience required
Prior experience in a cosmetic surgery or outpatient surgical setting is a plus
