Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care following established nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician’s treatment directives.

Adhere to the care plan developed by the Nurse Manager.

Administer medications and treatments as outlined in the plan of care (POC).

Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report any changes or concerns.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with physician orders and facility protocols.
Qualifications:

Completion of the primary COVID-19 vaccination series is mandatory.

Current, active, and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

Ability to manage and care for multiple patients simultaneously.
