Job Description
Provides professional nursing care to patients under the direction and support of the physician. Responsible for observing, assessing, and thoroughly documenting the patient’s medical condition throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care to patients as directed by the physician.

Administer medications and accurately document their therapeutic effects.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical status and maintain detailed documentation during treatment.

Perform assigned back-office tasks and rotate as a telephone triage nurse efficiently and professionally.

Adhere to all practice policies and procedures while performing duties.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, or Nursing Technical school.

Must hold a current Practical Nurse license valid in New York State, along with any required specialized certifications.
