Who We’re Looking For
We seek individuals with experience in at least one of the following kitchen stations: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill. Experience in multiple stations is a huge plus! If you’re skilled in only one or two areas, our enhanced development program can help you grow and expand your expertise.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have at least six months of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant.
- Be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Possess exceptional knife skills and the ability to execute precise cuts.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
- Read and follow recipes with accuracy.
- Have a passion for creating high-quality dishes and take pride in delivering outstanding food.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking a variety of starters, entrées, pizzas, and more using diverse kitchen equipment and techniques.
- Consistently following portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures.
- Stocking and maintaining food levels at line stations to ensure seamless service.
- Pre-portioning ingredients and products according to recipe specifications.
- Keeping workstations and kitchen equipment clean and sanitary at all times.
- Executing proper plating and garnish techniques to maintain presentation standards.
- Handling, storing, and rotating food products to meet health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with food preparation during off-peak hours as needed.
- Properly opening and closing kitchen stations while following operational checklists.
- Following all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Communicating proactively to help resolve operational, HR, and financial issues.
- Remaining adaptable throughout your shift to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
