Your Responsibilities:

Live our vision, values, and beliefs every day

Maintain all kitchen cooking and service standards

Expand your knowledge of RH’s food and beverage offerings

Assist with product check-in and rotation to ensure the highest possible standards of accuracy and timeliness in recipe execution

Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Take responsibility for an entire station, including all ingredient prep for that station

Collaborate with the team and contribute to a harmonious work environment

Embrace change and deliver exceptional results regardless of obstacles
Our Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
-
Proficient knife skills and experience working on both the hot and cold lines

Ability to maintain proper food certifications in accordance with state laws

Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented

Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with leadership in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Proven track record of taking ownership and going above and beyond to ensure team success

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
