We’re Looking for People Who:

Have experience working in at least one of the following stations: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.

Experience in multiple stations is a plus!

Only familiar with one or two stations? No problem! We offer an enhanced development program to help you level up your skills.

Have at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Possess strong knife skills and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Can read and execute recipes accurately.

Have a passion for crafting high-quality dishes and take accountability for the food they prepare.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and cook a variety of appetizers, entrées, pizzas, and more using different kitchen techniques and equipment.

Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards while adhering to kitchen rules and policies.

Maintain proper food stock levels at line stations to ensure smooth service.

Portion food products before cooking according to recipe specifications.

Keep your workstation and equipment clean and sanitized.

Execute proper plating and garnish setup for all dishes.

Handle, store, and rotate food products correctly.

Assist with food prep during off-peak hours as needed.

Open and close the kitchen properly, assist teammates, and follow station checklists.

Follow hygiene and food safety regulations at all times.

Communicate proactively to help solve operational, HR, and financial challenges.

Stay flexible during shifts to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
